RaiseNow is a much used provider of donation widgets in Switzerland. Of course, this solution can also be used with Primer.

The most important cost factors are the following:
Initially CHF 1'500 for setup account + LEMA donation widget
Monthly CHF 40 for the widget, CHF 15 per language, CHF 30 for recurring payments.
Alternatively, the grassroot option without initial and monthly fixed costs, but 5% of sales. This also makes it possible to use recurring donations with Credit Cards, PostFinance and PayPal.
